PVC Recycling Process
We have perfected our PVC recycling process so that it properly breaks down your windows and doors and produces clean and pure pellets. The vehicles that we use run on either low-emission diesel or LPG (liquified petroleum gas), which is an extremely energy-efficient alternative. We map out our route to avoid taking any unnecessary roads.
Once your PVC windows and doors reach our facility, they are broken down and sorted by size to make them more manageable. We then remove any metals and non-PVC materials and continue to sort by size. We break the materials down until we have a uniform size and coloured material which can then be compressed.
The final stage of our PVC recycling process is by using our melt filtration system to turn product contamination-free pellets, which are then passed onto our approved list of extruders. Even throughout this process, the pellets can be made to product windows and doors, which will give customers unrivalled potential.
